Dosatron D40MZ3000
Dosatron water-powered, non-electric chemical injectors are the easiest, most reliable way to accurately inject chemicals into water lines. Dosatron injectors work using volumetric proportioning, ensuring that the chemical mixture remains the same regardless of variations in pressure and flow.
When water enters the injector, it triggers the hydraulic motor, which begins moving up and down inside the body of the injector. On the up stroke, the Dosatron draws fluid up from the concentrate tank in an action similar to a hypodermic syringe. On the down stroke, the concentrate is displaced into the mixing chamber, where it is mixed with the water flowing through the unit. Then the water-and-chemical mixture is discharged into the water lines.
The Dosatron D40MZ3000, with flow up to 40 gpm, can be installed in parallel to increase the water flow. It’s water-powered so no electricity is needed, and it’s easy to install and maintain. 63% fewer parts, metal free piston.

Bluelab In-Line Monitor
The Bluelab Guardian Monitor Connect In-Line is not only a constant indicator of the desired levels of pH, conductivity and temperature of your nutrient solution, it also data logs these critical parameters to your computer for you. It does not stop there. You can access the data via the cloud from a remote mobile device or computer to check for extreme variances to ensure these critical parameters are hitting the mark for crop success. For remote or cloud access, the computer you are already data logging to will need permanent internet access.
Threaded probe heads allow for simple installation direct into an irrigation line for effective in-line measurements. Suitable for use before or after mechanical injectors. Both conductivity and pH probes can screw directly into female 1” NPT pipe fittings using the included adapter.
