Domestic Shipping

All domestic shipping (all shipping, commercial and residential, within the United States) is via UPS ground service. We do not make any guarantee when your shipment will be delivered, however you may request or you will be provided? your UPS tracking number when shipped to stay informed as to the latest delivery status and estimated delivery date.

Damage in Shipping

Be sure to inspect your packages for any damage at the time of delivery. If damage is visible, please open the box and check if the product(s) is damaged as well. If there is damage to the product itself, please take a few photos of the damaged product and the packaging and email them to us at Soilscape Solutions following the return policy below.

Make sure to keep the original packaging for inspection and investigation, we are not able to accept claims for shipping damage if the original packaging has been discarded.

Return and Refund Policy

Damaged Products

Exchanges can be requested within 14 days from the date your order was received. You must acquire a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us. Your request for RMA will be reviewed upon receipt and if approved, you will receive your RMA number and return shipping instructions. Please do not ship your order back until you receive your RMA number and return shipping instructions. You can acquire a RMA by calling or emailing us. Please have available the following:

  1. Soilscape Solutions Invoice Number
  2. Product Item Number
  3. Number of items to return
  4. Your email and contact phone number
  5. Detailed description of the damage
  6. A few photos of the damaged product and the packaging

Do not throw away or alter any of the product and packaging. It must be in the same condition as it was received in order for us to properly establish that the damage was due to shipping, and not due to some other cause. If the box is severely damaged, please put the damaged package into another secure container for mailing. We are not able to accept claims for shipping damage if any of the packaging or contents have been altered or discarded.

Once you ship back the items, they will be inspected by one of our associates and then the exchange will be processed. A replacement can be processed upon inspection and will be shipped at our cost. We will send you an email with the Tracking Number once it is shipped. If the customer chooses not to receive the product replacement but requests a refund, up to 30% restocking fee may apply. In addition, any shipping charges associated with the order will be deducted from the refund (including the original shipping cost for items with free shipping). The amount returned (depending on how you paid) will be processed by the merchant provider within 7-10 business days.

Retail Products      

We offer 14-day returns on all unopened and unused products. The product must be in the original condition with no signs of use. In order to return any products, you must acquire a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us. You can acquire a RMA by calling or emailing us. Please have available the following:

  3. Number of items to return
  4. Your email and contact phone number

Once you have submitted an RMA request to us, we will supply you with a return label. and instructions for shipping back. Once you ship back the items, they will be inspected by one of our associates and then the return will be processed. You will be reimbursed your original purchase price minus the original and return shipping costs. The amount will be credited the same way you paid (i.e. paid with Mastercard, back on same card). The amount returned (depending on how you paid) will be processed by the merchant provider within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be disbursed within 7-10 business days once the product has been received by our team and inspected. The payment will be credited the same way you paid. (aka Mastercard goes on Mastercard).

Soilscape Solutions has the discretion to update the privacy policy at any time. When we do, we revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect their personal information.
