Most items require a formal Return Material Authorization (RMA) process to file a manufacturer's warranty claim. Soilscape Solutions helps coordinate the RMA process and communication with the manufacturers. The RMA process can often being time consuming and frustrating, please be assured our team does everything possible to advocate for our customers.
The RMA process requires shipping the product back to the manufacturer for inspection at the customer's expense. The manufacturers typically do not cover shipping costs associated with the RMA inspection process and return shipment. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs associated with the RMA process that are not covered by the manufacturer.
Please be aware that critical items such as pumps and sensors may require the customer to purchase an additional spare part to replace the original part while an RMA process is ongoing. As it often take a few weeks to a couple months for manufacturers to resolve the RMA process, we strongly encourage our customers to buy spare parts of critical items.
