Step 1: Choose product option above.

Step 2: Add test to cart and complete purchase. Each test/sample must be completed as a separate transaction (more than 1 test cannot be added to the cart together).

Step 3: Take Plant Tissue Sample(s): – Remove leaf, stem and/or roots with a clean razor or scissors. Place sample in a dry paper towel in a zip lock plastic bag. 10-12 leaves or 8oz stalk/roots is required. Clearly label your sample.

Step 4: Label sample with site name and online order number (provided in order confirmation email). Samples that are submitted without a label or payment will NOT be processed.
